Mutation


This mutation strain is called the sniff disease.

Visible physical changed include swollen lips, enlarged forehead, pointy nose, thin neck, chubby cheeks, and squinted eyes.

Physical changed that are not visible include sparkly blood, extreme smelling abilities, and bones that are made of iron instead of calcium.

I have of course been slightly depressed due to this drastic change, however I will just have to get through it. 

I have gained a much better sense of smell. I am now able to tell who is who by their sent alone, much like a dog. 

I have not noticed much of a change in habits.

I have been craving sesame seeds for some reason along with pumpernickel and radishes. 

This mutation has definitely affected relationships and social life. My boyfriend broke up with me because of how my face looks, and many of my friends are embarrassed to be seen with me. None of them ever want to post pictures with me anymore. 

This mutation has made me want to learn and study more, specifically because I want to figure out as much as I can about this disease that affected me and how to stop it. I also want to work hard to get a high paying job. 

Before this mutation, I was very unmotivated and was planning on working at a 7/11 for the remainder of my working career. Now that I have a great sense of smell, I want to work in the police force as a locator. Much like police dogs do, I will sniff out drugs, missing people, weapons, or criminals.

"Tax dollars should not be wasted on art, music or theater classes in high school. Public high schools should be about training young people to enter the workforce. Period." In short, this statement could not be more wrong. First of all, the workforce is not what it used to be. Years ago, going to work usually meant working in a factory, where you needed to have a basic knowledge of things, followed bells (like in school), and sat down for long periods of time. Social Media Questions 1. The trend highlight in the article is colleges tending to look up applicants on Google or social media sites. 2.  I believe this trend will continue.This is because as social media continues to becomes more widespread, it allows colleges to have more of an inside look of who they will be accepting into their college. 3. This could affect a student's future because if colleges are looking at their account and see something they don't like, they could deny admission to that student. The same goes for employers looking at an applicant's social media.

Napoleon Dynamite

1. I thought he was weird and shy. He was definitely the type to get bullied at school. 2. I thought the movie was a comedy. I think others wouldn't think that though and just think it was either weird or boring. 3. I think he saw himself as a nerd because he didn't associate with Summer and her gang so much, but he didn't care because he would just do what he wanted such as dance on stage in front of everyone and ask Trisha to the dance. 4. No nunchuck or poison dark skills but definitely art skills. Especially when it came to drawing ligers. 5. It's probably funniest for former Napoleons so they can look back and laugh at themselves and remember the quirky thinks they used to do. 6. At our school the football players and partiers are at the top. Napoleon would probably fit in with the kids who no one dislikes but doesn't really show up to any events so he isn't very well-known.
